Uncle’s Natural 12hr Beef Brisket is crafted from premium beef brisket using our 100% natural process — no nasties. Gently seasoned with sea salt, cracked black pepper and traditional spices, then slow cooked for 12 hours for that signature tender bite and deep, rich smokiness — without any artificial additives.
Serving Instructions:
Simmer (Sous vide):
Remove label, leave in sealed bag and simmer in hot water for at least 15 minutes.
Microwave:
Remove label, pierce sealed bag a couple of times with a fork and microwave for 5 minutes.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Open sealed bag and pour all ingredients into a baking tray, cover with foil to retain moisture and cook for 30 minutes (or until piping hot).
