You could say that in Poland ‘Pierogi’ is the national dish. Every family celebrates and takes pride in their own recipe passed down generations by Babcia (Granny). Uncle’s is no different, it is the best! Hand made using the only best ingredients.
Preperation: simply drop into salted simmering water like any pasta, give it a stir so the little pierogi don’t stick to the bottom. Once they pop to the top, let them simmer away for another 2min then they are ready to be taken out. Top them with fried up onion, Uncle’s bacon & serve.
