Air-dried slow with 100% Australian Free-Range Pork and no nasties. It’s got proper heat and a smoky, deep flavour that only comes from doing it properly. 

Free from chemical preservatives, sodium nitrite (250), artificial colours, weight gaining thickeners, silly stabilisers, emulsifiers, flavour enhancers, E numbers, liquid smoke, etc.
