Pineapple Macadamia Ham Glaze 270g

Sweet, tangy pineapple meets buttery Aussie macadamia, with a touch of spice to keep things interesting. It’s a proper tropical Christmas in a jar, and it turns a good ham into the one everyone’s still talking about on Boxing Day.

Ingredients:

Pineapple, sugar, macadamia, spice, maize starch, salt.

How to use it:

Remove the skin from your ham, leaving the fat on. Score the fat in a diamond pattern about 5mm deep, cover with a thick layer of glaze, then bake at 160°C for 1½ hours. Done properly, with zero fuss.
