As we are based in Victoria, Australia, and ship along the eastern seaboard up to Queensland, we understand that handling returns of perishable products can be challenging. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Please note the following guidelines for our return policy:
IMPORTANT: all claims need to be made within a 24hr period of recieving your delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. This is to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
• Refunds: In cases where a refund is applicable, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
