Open for the over 20 years and still very much in its original 80’s décor, our charming Deli is still the meeting place for many original and loyal Polish customers as well as a new wave of keen foodies after the best and freshest.
Behind the deli at the same premises is where the magic happens, smallgoods makers and old fashioned smokehouses guarantee anything you buy in our Deli is made only days if not hours earlier. Remember to ask our deli assistants what has just come out of the smokehouse.
An extensive range of eastern european grocery products might have you confused; from herrings and cabbage rolls to cultured milk and chocolate covered prunes we will happily introduce you to challenge your taste buds.
Come in and smell the smokiness and taste the difference, parking is available out the back via Curran lane.

Young Uncle’s showcases Uncle’s Smallgoods in tasty ready to eat products. You will also be able to enjoy very smooth St Ali specialty coffee, artesian treats from Noisette French bakers, healthy salads, brisket burgers plus lots more.
Next door to the Deli ‘the cafe attracts a younger crowd of local hipsters attracted to jaffles made with smoky bacon or polish sausage with cheese and tomato, and Cuban sandwiches made with ham, pulled pork, red cabbage and pickles. In honour of the owners kransky festival marquee humble beginnings the café celebrates each Wednesday with $6 wieners – a smoked sausage in a brioche bun topped with pickles and sauerkraut.’ Richard Cornish, The Age Epicure, 28 October 2014.
